"Barry and his staff are professional and wonderful to work with. Cruise America didn't deliver as committed in our reservation with them and our vacation was at risk. We were very lucky to drive into Five Star RV where they fixed us up with a beautiful, clean, and spacious rig in minutes. Later at our camp site, we found the after hour phone support s taff responsive, friendly, and effective. We were happy with our experience from beginning to end and will be a return customer."

"Wonderful people! We are fulltime RVers who live and travel in a Heartland Cyclone toyhauler. It needed many repairs. We took our rig to a national chain RV repair facility. After 3 long frustrating weeks only one of 3 major repairs (and no minor ones) had been completed and no further repairs had been planned! We then contacted Barry at Five Star RV - he invited us to his shop and offered to let us camp free at his site until all repairs were completed. Barry had everything under control within 24 hours - all necessary replacement parts were ordered and he dealt with our insurance company. 2 weeks later, our rig is repaired and tomorrow we head for Arizona as it's getting too close to winter in WA, Thank you to Barry and his ever-so-helpful staff - both the office AND techical personnel. We can only imagine that the professionalism of Five Star also is extended to those who rent from him. He and his staff are a pleasure to work with. If we didn't already have an RV, we'd rent one from him anytime! "

"Great Experience!!!!!! This was our first time renting from Five Star RV Rentals. We had excellent customer service. Kristina was very helpful and took the time needed to help us choose the right RV for our vacation. Loved the hospitality basket and how clean everything was. Most of all we appreciated that everything worked on the RV when we got to our site. Bonus!!!!! Again we very pleased and are looking forward to renting from Five Star again. "
